Itinerary
AM: Pick you up at 7.30am at hotel in Hanoi, then depart for Ninh Binh city towards to the South of Hanoi, it takes about 2,5 hours to get there(110 km).
Upon arrive Ninh Binh, start doing the boat trip at Trang An grottoes - route 2, this morning we choose the boat route 2 (4 caves - 3 temples) for 2.5 hours boat ride, explore the places "Lam Cave, Cao Son Temple, Vang grotto, Water palace, Thanh Truot cave, Dia Linh mountain, Suoi Tien (heaven stream), Dai cave".(We just recommend the best of Trang An grottoes - boat routes, but you can choose the different routes if you mind ). Return harbor for driving to local restaurant.
PM: After lunch, Take a free bike for cycling around village to visit Hoa Lu ancient capital to explore 2 temples (Dinh & Le temple) take 1 hour.
After visited Hoa Lu, drive to Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. You will have free time with our tour guide to visit this pagoda and learn more about Buddhism religion.
